James 5:6-8

⁶ You have condemned and ^[a](A)put to death ^(B)the righteous man; he does not resist you.

Exhortation

⁷ Therefore be patient, ^(C)brethren, ^(D)until the coming of the Lord. ^(E)The farmer waits for the precious produce of the soil, being patient about it, until ^[b]it gets ^(F)the early and late rains. ^8 (G)You too be patient; ^(H)strengthen your hearts, for ^(I)the coming of the Lord is ^(J)near.
